Foreign Exchange for Individuals - Living/Working Overseas


SingForex has staff who have lived and worked overseas and we appreciate how costly and complicated it can be to send money home. The rates that are often offered to individuals are usually far from competitive and the fees can considerably reduce what you end up receiving. Fortunately, SingForex can provide an efficient and easy service with excellent exchange rates and low (or often no!) fees.

Your deal is entered on our online dealing system to let us know that you intend to transfer the funds to our account. Once we receive your funds, we can either convert the funds at the prevailing rate or notify you that they have been received for you to monitor the rates and convert as you wish.

Regular transfers are made easier by storing your beneficiary details in the system for future use.

To get started you simply need to:
  1. Register with SingForex
  2. Login and request a live (and dealable) rate
  3. Confirm your rate, deal and payee details with SingForex
  4. Transfer payment to SingForex
  5. SingForex transfers your funds to the beneficiary
** Please note: SingForex does not deal in cash or travellers cheques. SingForex does not accept payment by credit card, cash or cheque. SingForex does not provide transfer of funds to the Russia, Phillipines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and a range of other countries. The minimum transfer size is SGD$2,000 or equivalent.
